Qualification: 10th,12th/ITI Pass
Specialization/Branch: Electrical/Fitter/Wireman-2 Years passed.
Age Limit: 19 to 26 Years (As per 10th / Aadhaar Card)
Nature of the Job: Manufacturing (Assembling of Wire Harness) Manufacturing components of Wiring Harness (4-Wheeler Cars) e.g. Packing, Assembling & Maintenance etc.
Furukawa Minda Electric Vacancy 2026 Salary Details
10th /12th Pass Salary:
- CTC – Rs. 17,734/- (Including PF & ESIC)
- In- Hand – Rs. 13,273/- (Including Rs.2000 Attendance Bonus on 26 Working days)
ITI (2 Yrs.) Pass Salary:
- CTC – Rs. 19,344/- (Including PF & ESIC)
- In- Hand – Rs. 16,781/- (Including Rs.2000 Attendance Bonus on 26 Working days)
Overtime/Incentives:
- 10th/12th Pass: Overtime 146 Per Hrs. (As per company requirements)
- ITI (2 Yrs.) Pass: Overtime 160 Per Hour. (As per company requirements)
- Night Shift Allowance: Rs. 25/- Per Day
Food Lunch/Dinner: Rs 12/- Per Diet (Deduct from Salary). Tea & Snacks Free
